At some point during the project, change is inevitable. In charge of change management, alert the team members of the necessary alterations and plan accordingly. Team members appreciate being informed as soon as possible. As change and risk management should be in your project plan, time should have been allocated just in case a situation arises requiring minor setbacks.

Collaboration usually creates good ideas. Annotate them, as they can be utilized in future projects.
