Acer is set to release a new set of mobile devices with full Internet connection capabilities. One of the key points will be the ability to interact with other Acer devices and share data back and forth. The mobile devices will have full 3G wireless connectivity. The new mobile devices will also include version 4.0 of the Shell user interface, bringing a host of productive and informative utilities to users already enjoying the versatility of the popular software interface.
In attendance of Acer’s latest investors’ session, Acer’s CEO and president Gianfranco Lanci, stated, "The netbook is still growing faster than the notebook. I think growth with stabilize at 45 percent to 50 percent growth for the next two or three years."
